  • What is the expiry date on courses?

    There is no expiry date on courses.

  • What is the expiry date on exam vouchers?

    There is no expiry date on exam vouchers.

  • What payments methods are accepted?

    All major debit & credit cards.

  • Can I get an invoice for my order?

    Invoices for courses & labs can be found in the Order History section of your account. There is no way to obtain an invoice for standalone exam purchases.

  • Do you offer refunds?

    Please see the refund policy for guidance.

  • What are your support hours?

    Support hours are 09:00 - 15:00 GMT Monday to Thursday, excluding UK bank holidays (even for exams). Please expect a reply within 3 business days. Queries already answered in this FAQ or elsewhere on the website will not be responded to.

  • Do you sell worldwide?

    I sell everywhere with the exception of the following country codes: RU, CN, HK, KP, BY, IR, IQ, CU, SY, VE, KH, and MM.
